Why your score is sometimes held
We refuse to show an overall score until enough of its pillars are genuinely measured.
What it is
A held score means the composite is withheld because fewer than five of the seven pillars are measured for this site. You still see every measured pillar, just not a headline average built on gaps.
When to use it
When your dashboard shows coverage like three of seven instead of a single number.
Step by step
- 1Read the coverage indicator on the score panel.
- 2See which pillars are still not yet measured.
- 3Add the missing data (for example connect a source or run Answer Share) to cross the threshold.
What you will see
A coverage count and an unlocking treatment instead of a fabricated composite.
Measured, never manufactured
Refusing to show a number we have not earned is the most credible thing a measurement product can do.
