Restore: recover an aged or migrated domain
See the visibility value a site has lost against its own historical peak, so you can recover it.
What it is
Restore surfaces recoverable value: pillars now sitting below their historical measured peak, so a domain that was migrated or that slipped can be brought back.
When to use it
After you have at least two analyses over time, or when working an aged or recently migrated domain.
Step by step
- 1Run Analyze on the site more than once so history accrues.
- 2Open Restore to see which pillars are below their prior peak.
- 3Work the gaps through Optimize and Build.
- 4Re-measure to confirm the recovery.
What you will see
Pillars below their historical high, with the measured gap between now and peak. Restore needs run history, so it fills in once you have measured the site more than once.
Measured, never manufactured
Recoverable value is computed only from your own measured history, never from an estimate of what a domain might have been worth.
