Start here: your first session, step by step
The walkthrough for a new account: add your site, run your first analysis, read the results, and set up the loop that keeps measuring while you work.
What it is
A guided tour of the core loop. SEOAIO measures how visible your site is in AI answers and classic search, shows you the evidence behind every number, and turns the gaps into a ranked list of actions. This article walks that loop once, end to end, so every other screen makes sense afterward.
When to use it
Right after signing up or upgrading, or any time you add a teammate who has never seen the product.
Step by step
- 1Add your site from the switcher at the top of the sidebar. We crawl public pages only: no tracking script, no DNS change, nothing to install.
- 2Run Analyze. Your first measurement takes a few minutes and each pillar fills in as it is measured. A panel that reads NOT MEASURED is telling the truth, not failing.
- 3Read your Visibility Score. Click any number to see the evidence behind it: the sampled engine answers, the crawled pages, the sample size.
- 4Open AI Prompts to see the questions we ask the engines about your niche, and Answers to read what the engines actually said and whether they cited you.
- 5Open the Action Queue. It is your findings ranked by predicted gain, each one tied to the measurement that produced it. Work from the top.
- 6Use Build to generate the structural assets AI engines read: llms.txt, a crawler allowlist for robots.txt, and Organization JSON-LD, ready to paste.
- 7Set up Monitor: a schedule re-measures on cadence, alerts fire when something real changes, and the weekly digest emails you up to five measured changes.
- 8After you ship a change, re-run Analyze. The What Changed narrative compares measured runs, so you see whether the needle actually moved.
What you will see
By the end of one pass you have a scored, evidenced picture of your AI visibility, a ranked action plan, and a schedule that keeps measuring without you. Every later screen is a deeper view of something this loop already touched.
Measured, never manufactured
Nothing in this product is estimated to look complete. If we did not measure it, it says so, and every number you meet on this tour opens to its evidence.
