The single biggest gap
One line at the top of your report naming the largest measured hole and the highest-impact next move.
What it is
A verdict block at the top of the shareable report: the measured finding costing you the most points, and the recommendation predicted to recover the most.
When to use it
When handing a report to a client or a stakeholder who will not read eleven panels, and when deciding what to do first.
Step by step
- 1Open the report from Analyze.
- 2Read the verdict at the top, before the score panel.
- 3Work the named next move, then re-measure to see whether it actually moved.
What you will see
The biggest gap, the points it is measured to cost, and the highest-impact next move with its predicted gain. Nothing renders when nothing has been measured.
Measured, never manufactured
The gap is measured; the gain is predicted. Those two words are doing real work and we keep them apart — the hole is a number we observed, the recovery is our estimate, and every recommendation carries a falsifiable check so you can tell afterwards whether it worked.
