Client and portfolio portals
A read-only branded page of measured results you can hand a client, for one site or your whole book, optionally served from your own hostname.
What it is
Three linked things on the Agency tier: a per-site client portal, an org-level portfolio portal covering every site you monitor, and a custom hostname so neither shows a SEOAIO URL. All read-only, all under your brand, none of them asking the client to log in.
When to use it
When a client wants to look at their own numbers and you would rather not create them a seat, or when a bookmarkable link beats emailing another PDF.
Step by step
- 1Open Settings and then Report Branding, and set your logo, brand color, and company name.
- 2Under Client portal link, click Create client link for the active site. Pressing it again shows the same link rather than rotating it.
- 3Under Portfolio portal link, create the org-level link covering every site in your book.
- 4Optional: under Custom portal domain, save a hostname such as reports.youragency.com, add a CNAME for it at your DNS provider pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com, and tell us the hostname so it can be attached and issued a certificate.
What you will see
A per-site page under your brand carrying the Visibility Score with its provenance and date, citations over the last 28 days across the answers they were measured in, and AI crawler hits over the last 30 days, with your name in the footer.
Measured, never manufactured
The link is a capability URL: anyone holding it can read the report, so share it only with people who should see it. Attaching the custom domain is your step and the page says so rather than pretending the hostname is live the moment you type it. And your brand replaces ours, never the truth about what was measured: anything unmeasured still reads Not measured yet, and a site with no crawl collector says the collector is not installed instead of showing zero hits.
